Updated `Caliburn.Micro.Core.csproj` to include `Readme.md` from `Caliburn.Micro.Platform.Core` directory in the package. Updated `Caliburn.Micro.Maui.csproj` to include `Readme.md` and set `PackageReadmeFile` property. Also included `Readme.md` from `Caliburn.Micro.Platform.Core` directory in `Caliburn.Micro.Maui.csproj`. Changed `PackagePath` for `Caliburn.Micro.Platform.rd.xml` in `Caliburn.Micro.Platform.csproj` to `lib\uap10.0.19041\Caliburn.Micro.Platform\Properties\Caliburn.Micro.Platform.rd.xml`.
Reformatted several methods to use multi-line blocks for better readability. Changed `HorizontalOptions` and `VerticalOptions` of `ContentView` from `FillAndExpand` to `Fill`. Removed redundant empty lines and fixed spacing in property initialization.
Improved code readability by adjusting brace placement and removing unnecessary blank lines. Changed `HorizontalOptions` and `VerticalOptions` of `ContentView` to `LayoutOptions.Fill` for better layout behavior. No functional changes to logic.
