Read the user stories. Questions?
Review wireframes. Questions?

Requirements:

Are there any dependencies to meet these requirements?

User Stories:

Do the user stories cover everything in the requirements?
Is there ancillary information provided for things the user stories aren't able to cover?

Wireframes:

Do the wireframes cover everything in the requirements?
Do they cover everything in the user stories?
...

Functional Tests:

Do the functional tests cover everything in the wireframe flow?
Do they handle all possible use cases?
Do they test for errors?
