DAC Main Contact checkbox is not highlighted as required

Describe the bug

In DAC form - Main Contact is not highlighted to be checked before user can submit the form

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to DAC form
2. Under Contacts, click on Add new item
3. Fill in contact information
4. Click Submit form
5. The form cannot submit

Expected behavior

The Main Contact checkbox should be highlighted with * so that the user knows it's mandatory to have the Main Contact before submitting the form.
