Finalize wizard layout

Proposed solution

Following things on wizard layout need to be fixed:

• Keep folder draft id and folder content (metadata objects) in redux store, add dispatches for these inside form submit functions
• Add way to return to choosing submission way from submission forms (probably just single button which sets submission way state to null
• Since submission forms are used just inside wizard, move them under wizard folder
• Add summary card, which renders draft folder contents
