- tag colours are implemented as a hashmap of tags to colour names - accessed and stored in user preferences JSON file

The command
colourtagallows a user to specifiy custom colours for tags in the UI. It currently has issues as documented in #82, #83, #84 and #85, but still provides basic functionality.
