Added more thorough tests for testing the accuracy of privileges based filtering on private post access.

To thoroughly test the functionality of filtering topics based on the user's privileges
How
Test was added in test/topics.js. Linting issues were fixed in other files
Testing
npm run test was ran and the test passed.
