Why this was not finished: I made an effort to debug the username change to "Anonymous" when the toggle is on, but ultimately I had trouble getting the frontend logic to hide user-related information. I tried to tag a uid (100) with "Anonymous" and it was reset after the api helper function setDefaultPostData was called. Upon making edits to the helper function, I violated permissions for replying. In the end, I could not get this done during this sprint, but would go for a different approach (not involving uid) to work on this more.
