2022.11.16 Sprint 2 and 3 Retrospective and Review Meeting

• This was done after the meeting with the TA

Review

Work completed

• Most ingredient storage and recipe functionality done
• Confetti :)
• Converted navbar to main activity, full page fragments
• Controller classes
• Completed UML and figma updates

Work not completed

• Convert tests to espresso
• Think of edge cases users could do to break the code (word limits, duplicates)
• Begin the rest of the user stories that haven't been completed
• Update UML and figma as progress is made

Retrospective

What went well

• Good, regular use of Github features like commenting on issues, pull requests, merges
• Everyone attended meetings and were punctual
• Everyone helped each other out on their respective parts

What could be improved

• Spread out work periods throughout the week, rather than last minute panic before meeting the lab TA
• Focus on getting the app to work first, then refine it
