A Node CSV is a list that represents attribute data related to an individual. The file format must be ".csv". When you select a Node CSV file, MicrobeTrace will show a dropdown asking which column in the CSV file represents the node's unique identifier. The contents of that column must match the identifiers of the FASTA file or the contents of the source and target columns from the Edge CSV.
Note: Any rows with non-unique identifiers will cause later data to overwrite data from earlier rows.
