If a patches/puppet-modules directory exists, use DeployArtifacts (http://hardysteven.blogspot.com/2016/08/tripleo-deploy-artifacts-and-puppet.html) to patch the puppet modules installed on the overcloud.
if patches/tripleo-heat-templates exists, use that instead of the stock templates in /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates

Merge in the single sign-on support. It hasn't been validated yet, but it results in a successful deployment and seems to be generating configuration that looks okay.
