This involves opening streams to files or stdout, and putting either Json encoded material, or actual media downloads.

alt=media handling comes with #61 .
It would be better if this yup-oauth issue would be fixed.

feat(CLI): interpret output arguments

For now we don't properly handle errors when opening files, but the
code is there.
Will panic in next commit.
