Update support for Nuxt > 3.0.3

Changes to how nuxt parses app.json meant this app was not functionality properly with nuxt 3.2.3. This PR changes app.json parsing and package-lock.json to allow nuxt to properly generate templates for nuxt 3.0.0 - 3.2.3.
