NOTES:

  1. To run every script, you will need to change the working directory. Your working directory is the directory of this README file.
  2. All the files needed to run the scripts should be stored in a folder named "Input_Files". Please download all the input files from the following Google Drive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/19gx6iS8Tu1RSDID9xPU_nCfrJ7m-XGJa/view?usp=drive_link. If this link does not work, please email Dr. Shubham Khetan at [email protected].
  3. All the files generated by the scripts will be stored in a folder named "Output_Files". If your working directory does not have this folder, please create it.
