miyoo_mini: Update OnionOS directory layout to match version 4.

OnionOS on the Miyoo Mini now has PORTS in the Roms directory, rather than Emu. I've moved things around to match the new layout and updated the readme and scripts appropriately. The resulting zip should also now contain an empty FILES_HERE directory, in keeping with common practise.

@Brocky, please have a look at this because, currently, it's not possible to launch devolution on the latest version of Onion OS. :(

For those wondering how to fix the issue on latest OnionOS (just installed today), use the following dir structure (you have to move files manually after you downloaded the port for OnionOS according to description below):

Extract the downloaded Onion .zip file of this port

1. First of all, ensure that your required Diablo and Hellfire .MPQ files (not included in this port for obvious reasons, buy the game and get them from your game) are all named in lowercase besides the exception of: DIABDAT.MPQ, if not, rename accordingly. If you are using shareware version .mpq, this shareware .mpq has to be lowercase.
2. Diablo.port (the file) use this directory > /mnt/SDCARD/Roms/PORTS [optional: put your Diablo.png (named exactluy like this) image preview in /mnt/SDCARD/Roms/PORTS/Imgs sub-folder]
3. Diablo.port (the folder including all the contents of this folder) in this directory > /mnt/SDCARD/Roms/PORTS/Binaries
4. MPQ files should be in Diablo.port folder directory (see: Assets up-scaling (future request) diasurgical/devilutionX#3) in a new sub-folder (you have to create it) named: FILES_HERE
   should look like this--> /mnt/SDCARD/Roms/PORTS/Binaries/Diablo.port/FILES_HERE (your MPQ Files in this FILES_HERE folder)
5. Also make sure that you have the following two DevilutionX folders (if not, create them): /mnt/SDCARD/Saves/CurrentProfile/config/DevilutionX
   and
   /mnt/SDCARD/Saves/CurrentProfile/saves/DevilutionX
   (otherwise the in-game config will not be permanent and/or the game will fail to start with save folder permission error)
