Added DLC Locations/Items.
Added an Updater, so you wont have to come back to github to download a new build everytime!
NOTE: The recent AP release has Titanite Shards, Estus Shards, Undead Bone Shards, and other various consumables shuffled into the pool. Due to the way that they are randomized and the fact that these locations cannot contain progression items, they will not be added to the tracker. This will change later on if these locations can ever contain progression, and then the tracker will be updated to reflect those changes

Updated to match the new AP update. New locations added, adjusted location/item id's to match new update.

First stable release to go along with the Archipelago 0.3.4 update!
AP auto-tracking enabled, just put the zip into poptracker/packs/ and you're good to go.
note that Iudex Gundyr, Coiled Sword, and Path of the Dragon are not randomized nor auto-tracked at this time. There are also two Tower Keys at the moment; one being in the pool and one being in the shop, if you purchase the Tower Key from the shop, it will not auto-track and you will have to select the Tower Key on the item tracker yourself
