[SM-2041] Fix a job serialization bug and an incorrect bundle SID usage

I have:

• Removed a type hint from a job because Laravel 5.8 did not correctly solve some usages when using PHP 7.4 (that was fixed on Laravel 6.5.2 on [6.x] Allow model serialization for typed properties laravel/framework#30604)

• Fixed a wrong bundle_sid used when executing AssignCustomerProfileA2PTrustBundle step
  • This was caused when I moved from a single command guiding the flow to a job per step.
    • The previous implementation did use a submitCustomerProfileBundle's bundle_sid but with this new run, it will use the next step createEmptyA2PStarterTrustBundle's bundle_sid and that one is different (not correct for the assignCustomerProfileA2PTrustBundle use case).
