Fix the plug in swap issue

Fix the plug in swap issue by stripping version names from the actual jar files. In SwingJSUtils, the scripts will check the zip file in the dropins folder against the value stored in https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SwingJS/SwingJSUtils/master/latestj2s to see if the plugins need updating.
