This PR adds re-designed OSDs for channel, guide and guideinfo with extended information. It can be enabled/disabled with a new skin setting found under LiveTV tab. The guide info screen is removed, because of displaying all the epg stuff in the channel/guide osd. Now the guide info osd only call the record/add timer command and yes/no dialog appears immediately.
