…pect_error test removed to reflect that the function should no longer return an error when time_periods are not in date format
…time periods are in date/POSIxct format or numeric. Also updated documentation for reporting rate model so that it is clear that when time_periods is numeric duplicates from same period x site and same species will be dropped
Pull in Rob B's updates to reporting rate to allow coarser time period

@AugustT This looks to be the same issue I am having. gdata is a dependency but Windows binaries are not available on CRAN for the current version. Not sure how to fix this though |
