The DBDP website is located at: dbdp.org
- Using the DBDP General Pipeline
- Using DBDP Digital Biomarker Modules
- Requesting new features, digital biomarkers, and devices
- Contributing to the DBDP
The DBDP consists of the general pipeline which includes the Preprocessing Modules and the Exploratory Data Analysis Modules.
-
DigitalBiomarkers-Preprocessing: Pre-process your raw wearable sensor data using one of the pre-processing steps. If we do not have your device (yet!), please create an issue and we can help you figure out the best way to get started with pre-processing your data.
-
DigitalBiomarkers-ExploratoryDataAnalysis: Exploratory Data Analysis is a critical step towards learning more about your data, discovering missingness in your data, and discovering potential relationships in your data.
The DBDP also has specific digital biomarkers that can be extensible to a wide variety of digital biomarkers. These modules are named with their specific digital biomarker to improve searchability.
- Utilize one of the pre-existing digital biomarker pipelines. Choose the pipeline based on the digital biomarkers you are trying to discover in your data. If you need help figuring out where to go, please visit the README.md in the root directory or make an issue and we can help you discover more.
Now start discovering!
The DBDP is monitored closely by the Big Ideas Lab. Please use the 'Issues' tab to request a new digital biomarker, feature, or device pre-processing. For more information, please contact the Big Ideas Lab at Big Ideas Lab
We encourage you to contribute your digital biomarkers, data, algorithms, code sets, etc. to the DBDP! Extensive documentation for contributing is located in the GitHub repository under CONTRIBUTING.md. All materials you need for submission are in the /Contributing subdirectory.
