We should remove all links to the old family tree search

Nothing in the DBS site should take the user to the family tree search.

• "Exit Tree" button should no longer lead to fTree search
• "Exit Tree" button should lead to the last viewed search results screen.
• Replace any link that leads to old search with link to new search.
• Make sure no links in bh.org.il lead to advanced tree search, if there are, replace with new search.
