Filter operators' arrows (dropdowns) are not clickable

The operator dropdown boxes do not expand when the arrow pointing down is clicked.
They will only expand when the operator itself is clicked.

Reproduce:

1. Search for Nikolai in general search.
2. Attempt to adjust an operator by clicking on the arrow that belongs to it.

Expected result:

1. Operator dropdown expands.

Actual result:

1. Nothing happens.
