Update D4W to latest CiteProc version

Docear4Word is using a quite old version of CiteProc. It would be nice to update Docear4Word to the latest version https://bitbucket.org/fbennett/citeproc-js/wiki/Home

Where can I see that CiteProc was updated?

Here is what I looked at:

• Commits attached to this issue threat (commits with Update D4W to latest CiteProc version #43 in commit message).
• Pull requests (changes in a fork that are marked to be imported in the main repository).

Can you please explain, where this issue is fixed and how we can get it into the main Docear4Word repository?

Yes. Your measure is right. I decide the status too quickly.
Because of some problems of "setup.exe", I have not pushed the bug. Please keep it open. :)
