Created build Pipeline and Dockerized the application

• Created the Build Pipeline

• The build pipleine works fine but the frontend has issues which causess build fail
  • 

You can still merge PRs even if the build fails since these are only compiler warnings but it is advised to fix those

• Dockerized the Application

PS: Everything in the pipeline works fine and would be in full use if compiler warnings are fixed
