2.8 Results Report

1. Click Save Report
2. Select directory to save report folder

• Html report: contains cell images and all measurements
• CSV report: same as above (can be opened in excel)
• params file: which you can load on a new analysis to set the same parameters
• selected_cells.txt: contains cell_id of selected cells
• selected_cells.png: fluorescence image with overlay of selected cells
