Edit readme

Hello! Here is a pull request that contains some edits and additions to the readme. I am attempting to document everything you need to set up and run a WTS server on your machine.

I'm actually having issue with the installation, your PR helped with the folder structure which wasn't clear. I recently cloned this repo for my own use (since it needed edits to the json anyway) -- not sure how to get the redirects working under nginx/php-fpm though - do you know?

The magic needed was the try_files in combination with the intercept_errors off in the php block.

Sorry for the support request here but: Now all it tells me is "babelzilla theme not found" (even when trying to use /install). I've followed the instructions otherwise and it seems to work in initializing the framework. Perhaps there's another bit of information missing from the readme?
