Generalize to several signal channels

Hi @lacan,

What would need to be updated in order to generalize the code to more signal channels?

More precisely, instead of having a background ch0, we would have a signal channel ch1 (e.g. pink dye) and another signal channel ch2 (e.g. blue dye), in addition.

In such a situation, we would want to:

• align all channels with each other before stitching
• fuse the additional channel
• register to the atlas all additional channels (not only ch0 and ch1)
