Additional comments

This may now break Suncast however, IES is the more important tool in use from XML Toolkit at this time. I'm hoping it doesn't break Suncast, but we will need to prioritise #257 very soon.

Windows now pull into IES. Tested with both gbXML_TAS and gbXML_IES output into IES 2018.1.1.0.

ok exported IES_gbXML using Dynamo and works fine..
