Description:

BarVaryingLoad and BarPointLoad coming back as Global despite being pushed as local and displayed in software as local.
BarVaryingLoad does not push when loads are projected, error message could be better.

Steps to reproduce:

See test script.

Expected behaviour:

Correct axis definition for local or global.
Clearer error message for why projected BarVaryingLoad does not push.
