Feature to turn off BHom temporarily in Grasshopper

I would like to request a function to turn off Bhom temporarily in Grasshopper. There're some other plugins that has conflict with BHom (particularly the function of automatic pop up everytime a wire is drag and drop). Uninstallation is too inconvenient and the conflict affects user workflow so I think being able to turn BHom off is a good solution

I think this links closely to BHoM/BHoM_UI#215 - we're trying to close this out this year to enable greater UX improvements which would include the ability to toggle features such as the wire search and other BHoM UI related aspects of BHoM in Grasshopper (or Excel, etc.).

This specific setting would reside best in Grasshopper_UI, so I'm going to transfer the issue there so it can be picked up, and link it to BHoM/BHoM_UI#215 so they can be closed out in the same milestone hopefully 🤞
