Delay Shutdown of Targeting Line on Reflective Cubes

The new targeting line on reflective cubes is a nice improvement. One thing I noticed is that the line shuts down immediately when you let go of the cube. Sometimes when you set down the cube, it shifts a bit from its orientation when you let go. Would it be possible to delay the shutdown of the targeting line until the cube has become stationary? That would be even more helpful as you could see if it is still on target.
