Configuration Note

brew install git-lfs

./build-release.sh ## in ontop installation folder

cp target/it.unibz.inf.ontop.protege-3.0.0-beta-2-SNAPSHOT.jar ../ontop/build/dependencies/Protege-5.2.0/plugins/

Ontop Endpoint

$./ontop endpoint     --ontology=omopinput/fhir.ttl     --mapping=omopinput/fhir.obda     --properties=omopinput/fhir.properties
