Update azure-ai-inference SDK tests to run with models deployed to a new AI Foundry project #38969

  • Create a tests.env file where you fill in all environment variables needed to run the tests. It has comments on the required models to run the tests. When tests run, they will read values from this file.
  • Update README.md in test folder to take account of new tests.env file.
  • Move tracing tests to separate test files, since the test files are getting too long
  • Do some minor tweaks to the tests to make it run with the new models.
