fix: event hubs track2 perf coverage check fail

Description

After changing all perf test pom, now the eventhubs track2 perf CI is failed on main branch.

Hi @alzimmermsft , eventhubs track2 perf CI on main branch is failed now. According to the old code eventhubs perf should not require jacoco test.
