[AzureSearch] Revert exposing Skill.Name in the swagger spec #6161

Latest improvements:

MSFT employees can try out our new experience at OpenAPI Hub - one location for using our validation tools and finding your workflow.

Contribution checklist:

  • I have reviewed the documentation for the workflow.
  • Validation tools were run on swagger spec(s) and have all been fixed in this PR.

ARM API Review Checklist

  • adding/removing APIs.
  • adding/removing properties.
  • adding/removing API-version.
  • adding a new service in Azure.

@sarangan12 This is a rollback of a change we made earlier. It turns out to be a breaking change on the SDK side, and we need a bit more time to figure out how we're going to handle it before committing to this change. We're rolling back the Swagger as well so that other changes we're making to the SDK can go ahead without interference from this change.

@brjohnstmsft I have approved the changes. Yes. This will be an SDK breaking change. Let me know if you want to merge the changes.

@sarangan12 Please merge. We are reverting these changes because they are breaking and we’re not ready for that yet. These changes never shipped in the SDK.
