Version to v2.1.7 - Fix Host Pool Capacity Alerts

Overview/Summary

On 3/21/24 a condition was added for the Desktop Virtualization Reader role assignment incorrectly. Thus, preventing the automation account responsible for Host Pool Capacity from executing with any results. No alerts would ever fire due to the results always being null.

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

  1. Fixes issue with the Alerts for Host Pool Capacity in percentage.

Breaking Changes

  1. N/A
