Closes #836

  • Adds X-ZUMO-Options: nextlink=page to the list of valid options.
  • When the option is included, the endpoint is not included in the nextLink - only the page.
  • Client send X-ZUMO-Options: nextlink=page on GetNextPageAsync
  • Client assumes if nextLink starts with /, then endpoint needs to be appended.
