build: remove unnecessary files from worker package

Description

There are multiple unnecessary files brought as part of the worker package, including *.dist-info packages. These aren't needed for running the code, and as such, removing them can help make the worker package lighter.

Python 3.12 Linux x64: 20MB (with setuptools)
Python 3.12 Linux x64: 15 MB (unnecessary files removed)
