fix: mirror sdk and extension branches #1554

Description

  • Code mirror sdk/* and extensions/* branches. Fixes issue where branch names not referenced properly in ADO
  • Trigger integration tests off of sdk/* and extensions/* branches
  • Trigger public build (unit tests) off of sdk/* and extensions/* branches
  • Refactor dev sdk and extension installation steps into a script
  • Install sdk and extension artifacts for unit tests
  • Skip LC tests for sdk and extension releases
  • Change deferred bindings test names to be compliant with new SDK unique function names changes
