The batched CI suddenly failed with
Message: The subscription '00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000' could not be found.from Sep 25, 2024.The Test Deb Packages and Test Rpm Package Azure Linux 3.0 fail. Not sure why distro use Python 3.9 still works.
