Verify if alias works https://github.com/Azure/azure-rest-api-specs/blob/feature/cognitiveservices/openai-cadl/specification/cognitiveservices/OpenAI.Inference/models/embeddings.create.cadl#L8-L23. If not pls fix it; If works pls add test cases.
