feat: add additional error types to verifier contract and revert early

This PR replaces all of the success flags with an early revert if the flag is false. I've added a custom error type specific for each flag as well.

We no longer need to reserve space in memory for these flags so I've reallocated it for other values.

Each tx consists of a batch call to create_note and increment_balance, which guarantees that each tx has a private call, a nested private call, a public call, and a nested public call, as well as an emitted private note, an unencrypted log, and public storage read and write.

Values are compared against data from master at commit f99392da and shown if the difference exceeds 1%.
