Look into replacing the notes of the token standard #2069 with notes that are using easy private state and applying SafeU120.

Would give us the ability to have the token be more contained and useful for guides that are defining their own private state etc.

Fixes #2198.
Cleans the storage usage in the token implementation instead of casting
to and from Fields all the time.
