Plugin updates: Gutenberg 7.6.0 RC1 and 7.6.0 stable

Update February 28

This version and the subsequent stable release probably won't be launched either (p3btAN-1dt-p2).
We'll still check for bugs/regressions and make note of them under Bugs encountered below.

Gutenberg 7.6.0 RC 1 was released on February 25, 2020.

This issue tracks progress upgrading wpcom.

With 7.6.0 RC 1, we're skipping two stable versions (7.4.0 and 7.5.0).

The current version in production is 7.3.0.

7.4.0 is currently waiting in the halls until the ongoing work on the data migration project (pbAok1-f8-p2) is complete, however the completion date is unknown.

Since our goal is to stay a version behind core, the best estimate is to go for 7.6.0 to give the data migration project another week to run its course.

• Install RC version: D39396-code
• Activate RC version on edge sites: D39397-code
• Install stable version:
• Activate stable version on prod
• Cleanup old versions of GB D39409-code (removes 7.4.0)
• Request update for AT sites
