"Please fix the following errors before continuing"error notice displayed on the "Checkout" block page.

Environment:

Woocommerce Version : WooCommerce 8.8.3
WooCommerce Payments - 7.7.0-test-2

PC:
Windows 10,
Chrome(Version 125.0.6422.61)
Firefox(Version 126.0)

To Reproduce

1. Create any test site.
2. Install and activate all the required plugins.
3. Upload and activate the WooCommerce Payments v7.7.0-test-2 plugin.
4. Complete the setup wizard.
5. Complete the KYC flow.
6. Go to the Payments > Settings Page.
7. Disabled "WooPay" payment method.
8. Add products to cart.
9. Go to the "Checkout" block page
10. Observe that "Please fix the following errors before continuing" error notice displayed on the "Checkout" block page.

Actual behavior

"Please fix the following errors before continuing" error notice displayed on the "Checkout" block page.

Expected behavior

"Checkout" block page should be displayed without any error.

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only WooCommerce plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
