Bug Description:

Randomly, Transactions fails to load on Payment->Transactions screen.

Environment:

Woocommerce Version : WooCommerce 5.1
WordPress version: (v5.7)

PC:
Mac 10.14.6
Safari: v13.1.1

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create any test site using JN site.
  2. Install and activate all the required plugins
  3. Install and activate WooCommerce Payments plugin.
  4. Complete the onboarding setup wizard
  5. Add some products.
  6. Go to frontend and complete the checkout process for any product with WooCommerce payment method.
  7. Go to Payments->Transactions.
  8. Observe that Transactions fails to load

Actual Result:

Randomly, Transactions fails to load on Payment->Transactions screen.

Expected Result:

Transactions should get load on Payment->Transactions screen.

The issue is caused by async processing of transactions and race conditions during test. Transaction appears after page reload.
