feat(QueryCursor): add getDriverCursor() function that returns the raw driver cursor

Summary

Minor pain point in working with QueryCursor: sometimes you want to access the raw cursor property, but that property isn't set when the cursor is initially created. You need to wait for a cursor event.

This PR adds a new getDriverCursor() function which waits for the cursor event if necessary
