This release will refactor AutoRA to work with the new state functionality. Key features include:

• all experimentalists & experiment runners support pandas data frames
• all experimentalists no longer have pooler/sampler categorization
• cookiecutter updates to reflect new conventions
• we have an updated introductory tutorial with the basic state logic
• we have a simple tutorial on running closed-loop experiments with Firebase (& Prolfiic)
