Initial agent based economic model, this change

creates a representative economy given a input/output matrix of an economy
simulates the effects of labor shocks on overall GVA output of sectors

needs a bit more refactor, created a pull request if anyone wants to take a look
Further improvements needed

model improvement, improve the production function
include price elasticity, price currently fixed
