Refactored messy folder cleaner

Refactored the messy folder cleaner originally by @Roshaen .

1. Splitted the code into more files as modules.
2. Scrapped the common file extensions and categories from FileInfo.
3. Extensibility is now easier, you can easily add/remove extensions without messing with the main source code.
4. Added the ability to specify a directory to clean the mess.
